INTRODUCTION MAGIRSHA INDUSTRIES is a proprietory, small scale industry (SSI Reg. No. 04/18/02393/PMT/SSI dated 7/8/75) & NSIC (Reg.No. NSIC/AHD/GP/RS/PMT/GUJ/M-185/2003-04/A-193 dated 6/1/2004) established in March 1975 by a technocrat Rohit M. Desai having brilliant academic and professional qualifications. THE COMPANY deals in designing and manufacturing of chemical process plant equipment and machinery, pneumatic systems for dry bulk transportation and mining equipment. In the last 31 years, it has served the renowned clients to their entire satisfaction. THE COMPANY has designed and manufactured small and medium sized pressure vessels, reactors, storage tanks, heat exchangers, screw conveyors, high pressure steam silencers, etc in carbon steel, stainless steel, Low Alloy Steel, LTCS and CSRL materials of construction. It can handle equipment weighing upto 20MT and having design pressure up to 75Kg /cm 2 g. IT HAS successfully designed a road dry bulk carrier having pneumatic loading/unloading for transportation of food grains. It has also designed a mobile ANFO explosive making and charging unit for TATA Iron & Steel Co, (TISCO) mines. It has also developed and manufactured specialized equipment and machineries for Acrylic Fiber Plant of IPCL and Caprolactam Expansion Project of GSFC, Baroda . It has developed a patented product (Indian patent No. 165498 Dt. 3-4-1987) called MAGIRSHA JET PUMP working on venturi principle with steam as motivating fluid, for dewatering of underground pits. As further diversification, the company entered into design, development & manufacturing of special purpose machineries for Bhabha Atomic Research Centre & Nuclear Power plants. The items included manufacturing of Gamma Chamebrs, Trasnportation Cask for radio ative materials, Ultra high vacuum pump bodies, Spent fuel handling equipment, lead filled equipment, etc. IT HAS executed orders under Third Party Inspection Agencies. MANPOWER THE COMPANY is managed by a qualified technocrat Rohit Desai and has team of competent and skilled personnels experienced to carry out sophisticated jobs described above. It has about 50 permanent and contract employees. It has designing, drafting, inspection and supervision manpower to suit the job requirements. FACILITIES THE COMPANY is located in GIDC Makarpura Industrial Estate, which is within Baroda city limits and is well connected with road, rail and air. It has a machine shop and fabrication shop with the installed machineries and equipment. FINANCE THE COMPANY has Cash Credit, Export Packing Credit cum FBP/FBD, Term Loan and Bank Guarantee facilities with Bank of Baroda, Khanderao Market branch, Baroda as follows :
It has permanent arrangement to augment these facilities as and when required. It can handle single order worth Rs. 125 lac (Rs.12.5 million) and total orders worth Rs. 300 lac ( Rs. 30 million) per year. REGISTRATION

COMPUTERIZATION Our accounts and correspondence activities are fully computerized, Fabrication drawings are prepared both manually and on AutoCAD. Job costing and design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers is done with in-house developed software's.
